Through talk and play therapy, creative interventions, connection and support, I strive to help children believe in themselves. Using a variety of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques and activities, we will create goals, develop a positive plan, and break down problems into manageable parts. Some examples of areas we might focus on include self-regulation, impulse control, emotional expression, thought challenging, relaxation, communication, problem-solving, and assertiveness.
